In this issue, we bring you the full appeal of rice burgers.
Please enjoy this excellent dish, in which rice plays the leading role and you can enjoy the flavors of Hakata, with tea that goes well with it!
 
Rice burger recommended at lunch time.
The Hakata Mentaiko Dashimaki Rice Burger, which combines Hakata's famous mentaiko and fluffy dashimaki, is a confident creation.
The combination of the tangy taste of mentaiko and the dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) with its sizzling dashi broth is superb!
The flavor coming from the sides, combined with the tenderness of the rice burger, is unforgettable once tasted.
We carefully craft each product using our own unique techniques, while especially emphasizing the natural flavors of the ingredients.
In addition, the buns are made from a mixture of carefully selected rice and cereal rice, cooked with tomatoes and bell peppers!
It goes well with the ingredients and offers a chunky texture.
 
～Enjoy a moment of relaxation with Yame-grown tea.
The rice burger is further complemented by a selection of Yame-grown tea.
Hojicha is made by roasting Yame-no-Ichicha at high temperature for a short time, and the stems are blended as the main part of the tea.
It has an elegant flavor that is not burnt and has a sweetness to it!
Also available is genmaicha, which has an appealing savory aroma and the refreshing bitterness of sencha green tea.
The tea refreshes the palate and is recommended for after meals.
Both are available hot or iced and should be enjoyed with the rice burger!
