Our restaurant offers rice burgers made with rice instead of bread 🍅🥒.
The rice is made from carefully selected rice and cereals from Kyushu, and the ingredients used in the buns are also made from Kyushu.
We make them upon order, so you can enjoy them fresh and hot!

Fried horse mackerel and rice burger
The buns are made with a mixture of carefully selected rice from Kyushu and cereal rice (green rice), cooked with spinach from Miyazaki and pesticide-free tea from Yame.
The fried horse mackerel from Matsuura, Nagasaki (the holy land of fried horse mackerel) sandwiched inside,
It is plump, meaty, fluffy, crispy, and juicy with no odor!
The taste is well known among food connoisseurs.

Hakata Mentaiko Motsunabe Cutlet Rice Burger
The buns are made with a mixture of carefully selected rice from Kyushu and cereal rice (black and red rice), cooked with Kumamoto tomatoes and bell peppers.
This is a rare dish of Hakata's famous motsu nabe (hot pot) sandwiched between two menchikatsu (fried pork cutlets)!
The rich flavor of the motsu nabe is accented with spicy mentaiko (cod roe) 🌟.
