We opened at 6:30 in the morning and welcomed customers with a morning menu featuring fresh ingredients. Located right next to Hakata Station, it is very convenient for people on their way to work.

Lunch time was especially busy. Customers enjoyed a variety of menu items, including the restaurant's signature rice burger. The Hakata Mentaiko Motsunabe Katsu rice burger was especially popular, and many customers were repeat customers for its rich flavor.

In the afternoon, the rice burgers on vegetable buns, which take advantage of local ingredients, attracted a lot of attention. The rice burger, made with carefully selected rice and cereal rice from Kyushu and cooked with spinach from Miyazaki and pesticide-free tea from Yame, is especially popular with health-conscious customers.

In the evening, we changed the atmosphere of the restaurant to offer a relaxing dinner time. It is a great pleasure for our staff to see people after work enjoying our burgers after a long day of work.
